Guo Machinery Warranty
Guo Machinery provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all new machinery and equipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Covered issues include:
- Structural defects in the frame or body caused by poor workmanship
- Faulty hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical components due to manufacturing defects
- Premature failure of parts under correct use and maintenance
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your equipment has a manufacturing defect or is not performing as expected, please contact our service team via our contact page with the following:
- Proof of original purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos or service reports where applicable
Our technical team will assess the issue and advise whether your machinery will be repaired or replaced in accordance with our warranty policy.
Exclusions and Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tyres, filters, belts, brake pads, paint fading, seals, etc.)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation
- Lack of regular servicing or failure to follow the maintenance schedule outlined in the product manual
- Use of non-genuine spare parts or unauthorized modifications
- Accidental damage, collision, fire, flood, or natural disasters
- Equipment purchased from non-authorized sellers or resellers
- Loss of income or downtime resulting from equipment failure
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
